Previously got up to week 7 run 2, but a combination of sciatica and 4 weeks of a cold (yes, 4 full on mucus filled weeks) has pit we back somewhat.
But last night finally managed to get back on the road. Decided to go back to week 5 run 1 and rebuild from there, rather than risk any further set back (so determined to complete this program then kick on!)
Glad to report all ok during the run (although I was a bit blowey at the end of the run) and all seems fine this morning.
Preemptive strike with the physio tonight to keep the sciatica at bay.
