Back, and onto week 5

I've been on holiday and hadn't run for 2 weeks so I decided it would be a good idea to repeat week 4 run 3. That went ok on Thursday, so today I did week 5 run 1. It was just after a heavy shower and was quite hot and humid, but otherwise fine. I did go too far though, and ended up walking for at least another 5 minutes after the 5 minute cool-cool-down walk. Looking forward to week 5 run 2 in the coming week.

Fantastic! It’s so nice ending a run knowing you’ve broken a streak of not running. Have a great week now you’re back in the swing of it!
