I am feeling a bit chuffed with myself as I went out tonight not expecting much but I managed a PB for my time! I'm feeling good at the moment as the weight is coming off too!
Another great thing tonight was seeing a guy who I guessed was doing C25K. He was running really slowly and I'd seen him start off! As I ran past him I said to him that I had done it and was now running almost 8K at a time on my longer runs and that he should trust the programme and himself. It makes my heart sing thinking that this programme could make as much difference to someone else as it has done for me. He looked chuffed to bits.
I've been setting some weight loss goals today too and am hopeful to have got to my goal weight by the end of November. That will mean a total loss of 8 1/2 stone in total. There are smaller goals along the way too but you never know, I might just be able to do this shizzle!!!!!
Love to everyone.

I have lost 3 1/2 so far so still a long way to go and I've given myself achievable targets. I have a hard taskmaster of a partner who keeps me in check!!! xxx
Sadly yes!!! I carry my weight all over me and I'm 15 10 at the moment and would like to get down to 11 7! I'm in new territory at the moment as I've not been this weight since before my boys were born 18 years ago! It feels very weird!!!! xxx
Amazing Elsie - just amazing, and your happiness shines! 😊How fantastic that you spotted another c25k-er starting off on the journey. I bet your comments made his day!☺
