Out of sync over Easter......

....... but back on track. Funny how a couple of days off has completely thrown my structure. Also the dog has had an operation so I've gone out today without her and it now feels odd jogging on my own. Still, she will be fit again very soon so I won't be solo for much longer. I love my four legged companion being a very good reason for getting out and about. Here she is wearing her "suit of shame" to stop her licking her stitches! Awwwwww

Aaw I hope she heals quickly.

I have a six year old border terrier, they are the best 😀

They are! I've never owned a dog other than a family one when I was a child. Having my own is very different and she is a treasure even when she is being very stubborn!

Aw bless her xxx Hope she is better soon xxx

The suit of shame , ha ha love it ! :-) That's a really good idea isn't it ? Better than those lampshades they have to sometimes wear :-) xxx

Yes, the suit is much more comfortable for her but I do have to put on the "cone of shame" when she's on her own as she's a terrible chewer and would have the suit off in a flash if left without supervision! Can I just ask - I notice your badge "Mentor" - what's that? I have seen your name pop up in other's posts so you are clearly more than a Graduate.

Oh no, the dreaded cone of shame :-) xxx

I was awarded the badge as " a recognition of my support of others " :-)  I am very honoured to have it , although there are lots of folk on here that could be one too ! :-) xxx

Ha ha when my cat had an op during a stay with the mother-in-law (same dopey one mentioned in another post today), she dressed him up in a blue gingham baby dress which she bought from the charity shop.  He never lived that one down, and I understand there were some near misses in the street outside when drivers spotted him.  Ah hem ...

Oh poor doggy hope he recovers soon. Love the suit of shame. You will have your running partner back soon I am sure.
