How do I get the music to accompany the podcast ? Just starting week 4 and can't seem to access the tunes ?

You can only put the podcasts on an iPod or iPhone via iTunes, or if an android phone use the app..☺

I think it's the app that allows you to play your own music, whereas the podcasts have their own .

Thanks everyone I had the app not the podcast. Just completed week 4 run 1 and feeling great !
