So this morning it was wet and windy, its an obvious lay in day !!! instead up at 7am to  strap those running shoes on . wet underfoot and slippery so a bit cautious where I was putting my feet.

found this run easier once I found my rhythm and my breath pattern. didn't want to stop at end of the second five minutes.

today was an example of the progression showing itself.

now looking forward to week 4

oh by the way think I can discern more definition in my calf muscles.

Kind Regards

Nick

So... up early and with cute calves :)

Well done you... it was sunny here, so I admire your determination! :)

Onwards and upwards...well done!

Yes I can see the definition in those calves from here!  It's working!!!  Well done Nick. Stick with it and you'll have it ticked off, done and dusted in no time

Go nice and steady, and don't run any further than you should. That can come later once you've graduated.  For now, just run as Laura sets out for you. That way you will finish safe and sound

I think most of us were up earlier than planned this morning. I had no idea about the clocks! Doh

That's great Nick :) Sometimes because we're being stretched further each week, we can't see the progress, just the struggle. You're the Man with the Defined Calves now. Actually I noticed my thighs changed shape first.

I will let you know when I have thighs like tugboats !!! :-)
