Was due to do my W3R3 tonight but seemed to have picked up a rather annoying pain behind the left knee and top of calf muscle. Little bit gutted as I think this is doing wonders for me! Anyway, went for a good paced walk this afternoon for about 2 miles, not in place of the run but to keep me moving, easy to go stagnant eh!

Ouch! 😣 Although it is frustrating, taking a few days to recover is good. Have u tried stretch n flex exercises on non run days? Made a big difference to me. I try to run on soft ground too
