That is great Eric!

I have tried to run several times before and could never make any credible progress. I find the structure of C25K is absolutely great!

I started my C25K program two weeks ago. I must say I have thoroughly enjoyed running with the program for last two weeks.

Good luck with your first run tomorrow and do let us know how you go along :)

That's a massive, fast weight loss!

Make sure you have some energy in reserves x

This forum has been a great source of info' and support, I didn't find it until I had to repeat week 4.

Main word of advice- S L O W!! Go as slow as you need to finish all sections.

Good luck :)

One thing is for sure I will be slow, not run or done any exercise for years, real couch potato, but a little extra weight should help.

Enjoy! Just think "slow".... You are playing the long game so at the moment your only goal is to get through the runs one at a time. You'll be great! It's very motivating to post after each run on here or ask for advice and encouragement. Keep us posted and good luck!

Welcome to the party ! :-)

I am now in Week 7 and I can vouch for the program... It has a terrific incremental structure which will get you to 5K.

Just keep following it everyweek and you will be just fine.
