You may not realise it, but for me- I'm 'lurking' not posting because I'm not actively running right now for various reasons- that is a very uplifting and inspirational post and it feels great that there are fellow graduates who have not managed to maintain and indeed improve, for whatever reason ... I'm really hoping to get back to it, myself, asap and your post is added impetus- thank you and good luck again

Good luck to you too Rainshine! I think lurking is fine. It's taken me some courage to post again and I hope to do my first proper run of week 1 tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes. Hope to 'see' you back running when you're able!
