After a year of health issues and glitches, restarted C25K this very morning. Blimey it was hard going, seemed tougher than last year...

Same boat for me, and it did seem harder - or maybe it's just the memories of last time fading? - but I'm now at W2R2 tomorrow and I shan't take the dog!

W1R3 was glorious and my legs just ran and ran, but W2R1 was not a nice experience. That could be partly down to the night before when we made the decision to reduce our alcohol intake to less than half a bottle a week from its current nearer the max recommended limit. A small bit of a bye-bye to it, but still not much by many people's standards...

Hi Sally. Do you think the hurtiness of W2R1 could be reduced alcohol?

I'm looking forward to W1R2 although my thighs hurt like hell. Hope all goes well for you this week.

I have the last consumption the night before the run, so it could be dehydration... W2R2 will tell.

W1R3 for you will be fine. Then you get two days off, and you will miss running...
