I've stopped using Laura now and yesterday just went out on a run to see how far I could go and I did 25 minutes and felt great! new trainers really helping and I found it so much easier without Laura telling me how long I'd run.
I used to find her going 5 minutes well done really like EH! So now i think I'm going to follow it but not use the podcast :)... 5k next sundya, its going to be very much run walk run i recon, but determined to try it
