Week 1 Day 3 completed, now looking forward to week 2 . Breathing better than I thought it would be, thanks for all the good advice on here.

Thanks for all your positive comments, in anticipation of reaching week 8, I am volunteering at my local "Parkrun" each Saturday, looking for a good time in 70-74 !

Well done Patrick, there's a big hurdle behind you now. It is always hard to get started and w1 can be tough because you really don't feel convinced you are a runner. At least I wasn't. Roll on w2!
