Had a baby back in Jan 2013 and have done nothing since. The time has come. I started with week 1 run 1 on Sunday and it felt great! Just completed run 2 this morning. My problem will be keeping the motivation going....so here I am.

Congratulations on starting C25K! I've just managed to get fit and get rid of my baby weight! Thought I'd better he was 17 years old last month! Happy Running! You'll get lots of support and motivation here xx

You got off the couch and started. That's the hardest bit done
You will get all the support you need here. Take your time and enjoy yourself. Laura will get you through those runs, and in no time you'll be at week 9 and graduating. It goes so quickly so do savour those moments when you reach the end of the run and Laura tells you to go home and rest. Happy days

On the lucky days when you are running, come on this forum and post how you are feeling. You will have absolutely no lack of motivation, I promise. And Laura will get you running for 30 minutes before you know it, trust her.
