Well that's run 2 in the bag and no major disasters to report.
All went rather well compared to run 1.
I managed to pace myself much better this time around and found the run much smoother .
My only setback being running past 3 school kids, one of which started to mimic the basil fawlty walk as I approached in an attempt to take the mick.
Funnily enough 3 weeks ago I would have probably turned around and high-tailed it home in embaressment but oh how the times have changed.
I'm a hardened runner now and simple gestures like that just bat off me like flies on a windscreen nowadays.
I kinda felt sorry for the kid and as I sailed passed him I'm sure I said to myself "ohh, dickhead".
Its weird but I think that I might actually get into this running mallarky.
