Back listening to the lovely Laura today on the W8 podcast. Took it a bit steady today and completed the 28 minutes without any issues apart from a slight slip on a bit of ice that I hadn't spotted until too late. I guess that's the downside of running at 7:30am but it suits my get up and go approach to running. I ran 4.69km so I'm feeling positive about getting to 5km by the end of week nine. Even if I don't make it next week I hope to eventually get fitter and get there.
