Just completed week 2. My first solo run, my running buddy is away for the weekend, and my first wet run.
Very pleased with myself!
3 weeks ago I was just on the couch browsing when for some reason I downloaded the app and text my friend who had done it before and lapsed. And here I am I have run 90 seconds for the first time in my life whoop whoop

Well done! I have just started w4 my first lot of 5 min runs, which i found not bad. The second 5 min run was a bit tougher but i struggled through, also my 1st time in the rain. Keep going it does get easier! I too struggled to run for 1 min at the start of the programme and came out with words & phrases i never knew existed lol. Keep it up! 👍
Fabulous - you go hun. The hardest part is starting this plan. Once your up and running it's amazing how you can progress. I found the first couple of wks such a shock after being not that active - but now I look forward to getting out there - something I never thought I'd ever think😁
