me on a midweek club run ascending a steep hill, couldn't run all of it, but am getting better with it as the weeks go by... not bad for me, as I'm running with an 18 year old Croydon Harrier! who's club organiser...oh! and that's not my litter there Julie!

Hills are so hard, but they do seem to help the general running effort ! My calves are twinging looking at that hill !

Yes, I try to do hill's often now, as they do help with stamina, my calves were twinging after that..😊 would think you have quite a few hills around that island😀
