Wk9 R1 1st Park Run.

Hi all,

When I started this plan I had my doubts I would get to the end but only 2 more runs until graduation😀

My 1st park run this morning, I was going to do this 2 weeks ago but didn't feel confident enough!

I am happy to say I completed it without having to stop and walk and in 36 mins so I feel really pleased with myself as I thought it would take me longer.

I enjoyed it so much I'm going to try and do it every week that I can.😊
