Thank you to everyone who responded to my original post about getting out there for my first run. You gave me the nudge I needed. I did it! It was tough but I managed to keep going without stopping and felt a huge rush on the cool down walk that left me grinning like an eejit! Not sure what the passers by thought of me 😄 Looking forward to to W1R2 on Tuesday. Great motivation on this forum.

Yaaaaay! Getting out there for the first time is a big deal, in my opinion. You got out there and did it. Well done, you!

Brilliant. Well done. :) you know you can do it now, so enjoy your next run. It is tough but it is worth it for the satisfaction you feel afterwards. Go you. :)
