Went to bed last night feeling slightly ill, have woken up this morning feeling the same. I have been really looking forward to my run today, it’s the last one of week 4, should I still do it?

How was run 2? Can you run tomorrow? Maybe just postpone and run tomorrow running should be fun not a chore and you can be flexible recover today run tomorrow

Was really pleased with how run 2 went, I’ve got a busy day today so rest isn’t really on the cards, I may go out and see how I get on, I can always stop if I’m struggling. I really want to get week 4 completed today 🏃🏽‍♀️

No..if you feel ill... there is a reason.. rest up..hydrate well and know that the run will wait:)

If you feel ill, I’d be tempted to give today’s run a miss and have an extra rest day. You might end up feeling worse and/or not be able to complete the run - and imagine your disappointment if that happened?

Hope you feel better soon - the run will be there waiting for you! 👍🏻

Get some rest, hydrate and wait until you start feeling better. Your run will be better for it.

As a general rule running when ill is not a great idea. The run will still be there when you’re feeling better.
