Not posted for a little while so just thought I'd update. Been reading all your lovely motivational posts though 👍.
So I started wk 5 today. I did it but honestly didn't think I would. However I've started every single week thinking that but you just get through it don't you?!
Can't say I'm looking forward to the 20 minute run but we shall see.....😳🙈.
So I've now been running for a month. I am sleeping much better, my mental wellbeing has improved (feel livelier/happier). I've not lost any weight but I've not put on any either, not an ounce and I'm eating what I want so not dieting. This has never happened before in my life (😂).
Two different people asked me today though if I'd lost weight. I think it was my clothes but I'll take the compliment 😁.
How did everyone else find week 5?
