New shoes

I've just finished week 4 so I thought I'd better treat myself to some new shoes!

Great fun doing a gait analysis and my first time on a treadmill! Turns out the trainers I've been using, and have had for 6 years, are more suitable for soft terrain.

I knew it would be expensive but I've never had gym membership & this is a lot cheaper than that. I can already notice a big difference in the springiness!

Hoping they'll help me get through week 5.
