I thought we should change them once every 500 miles. Mine have done around 400 miles. May be I should replace them now. BTW these look great.

I went to my local running shop and had my gait analyzed. I'm hoping for improvements

If your not getting any aches & pains in ankle or knee then should be OK, most running shoe's have an average life expectancy of about 300-600 miles

They are quite different to other shoes aren't they? I imagine little springs hidden in the soles, you'll be bouncing along! Love the colour too x
