New Shoes.

After 500+ km I've had to retire the karrimors and get some proper running shoes. Aliboo told me its customary to post a pic so here they are

Yeah they're pretty snazzy. According to the box they are "poppy red" so that should please pops

If your not getting any aches & pains in ankle or knee then should be OK, most running shoe's have an average life expectancy of about 300-600 miles
