I've tried all sorts of healthy food books over the years so when the Mrs came home with Joe Wicks Lean in 15 I thought oh God put it next to the unused exercise bike or by the abb swing seat thing or even rest it on the low mileage cross trainer.... You get the idea!
Could I have been more wrong, it's awesome "bang it in a wok" cooking, my sons and I are in awe of the food now coming out of the kitchen. And it's all stuff we can buy on a budget (Lidl) which keeps me happy "bah humbug".
Looks quick, easy and straight forward which is how I like to cook. Might have a go at a couple of those. Need a big bag of avocado though. He's seriously into his avocados.
We're now using this book, it's amazing! Last week I burnt toast and couldn't boil an egg, Tuesday night I (yes me, all by myself) made a delicious Chicken Pie, last night Indian spiced lamb and tonight French style cod...best thing I've bought in ages!!
Lean in 15 is awesome - I have him on my FB & once the after xmas pay goes in the bank I am defo going to try some of his recipes..... Then buy the book! 🍴
