Working away this week in Gibraltar but keeping up with the plan, was nearly midnight before I could get out for the run. Nice to be able to shed the layers too, just t-shirt and shorts as it was quite warm still. was 4 hours since eating and no stitch this time. really enjoyed the run.

Great, hope u don't get it again. When I was doing the programme I had a few aches in my legs too but since graduating my legs feel great, so your body needs to learn to enjoy moving faster than before, it will come!!!

I've found that time between eating and running to work for me as well. Also, it depends how fast that I am running.

It's great to be able to run somewhere new, added bonus that it's warmer and not so grey😀

The problem will be when Im back home in Huddersfield on Saturday and have to go for week 4 run 1 in the grey miserable rainy cold. lol Hopefully my will power and motivation will be enough to get me out there. Will be doing W3R3 tomorrow morning before breakfast to the sound of waves against the rock. Nice
