1st parkrun in the morning and feeling very nervous!

Tomorrow is graduation day if all goes well. Quite nervous about the fact that it is planned

to happen at a parkrun (I thought that was a good idea 9 weeks ago!)

Aw you will be fab Jo ! I know parkrun can seem a bit daunting but I am sure you will enjoy it !

Just remember to go at your own pace and just keep doing what you've been doing . You must be doing it right, it's got you this far
