1st Parkrun in Years

I attended my first Parkrun in years, and clocked up 5km for the world record by endtoend.run (if I can only work out how to upload the required proof to their system). Discovered that a local poet was handing out the finish tokens: google.co.uk/amp/s/www.gedl...

Congratulations on completing your first 5k Parkrun for years, I hope you enjoyed the run, I am not sure how you can upload proof of your end to end run, perhaps some one will advise you about that, usually it means going to settings on your computer or Smartphone, tap or click the icon, that then appears on settings and then send.

Yeah it stopped hurting after a couple of days but I just wanted to make sure - any excuse to avoid exercise really 🤣
