Just completed W5R2 and smashed it....even did an extra minute on the first 8 mins. Felt fab afterwards and recovered really quickly!! Looking forward to attempting to complete my first 20 mins (w5r3) on Sunday, even after a Christmas night out on the Sat and family gathering Sunday afternoon....I will definitely be taking it easy as I really need to be both mentally and physically prepared!!! 🏃😁

You'll be just fine, you've put in all the training and prep already in the weeks prior.

Just be sure to drink lots of water with your refreshments for your parties :)

Terrified yet excited

Apologies that this post seems to be a lot "further down the line" compared to previous posts.......
