5k Park Run done

Finally got to week 9 run 3 but instead of doing that I did a park run!!! I have never run with other people before and as I suspected it messed up my pace massively. I went way to fast and got a stitch so had to walk for 2 mins but I must have been going very fast cause overall in the end I was still better than my best 5k. Just the last run in week 9 to do then on to 10k training :|
