Parkrun heavy going

Parkrun was heavy going today with all the mud. New trail Shoes weighed a ton when I'd finished, didn't feel like it was one of my best runs, a few minor aches came on maybe due to the heavyness, so slowed me down, but nonetheless enjoyed it in the sunshine although only 2.5degc.

Think I'll leave the speckled hen beers off next Friday😀

At least you got out of bed and turned up Dave! It is a tad nippy at the minute though. I always measure how cold it is by how long my nose runs for!

IP, my nose was running for as long as I was! Shoe laces come to mind!😂
