And the first time I'd measured by distance/speed. It turns out I've been running at about 8k an hour and travelling 4.9k (including warm up and down), which is better than I'd thought! One more run and I'm done.

I genuinely enjoyed today's run in the howling wind and rain, I think I've got the bug ;)

Really great, well done. You stamina is improving, I graduated with a parkrun 5k, and I am no super fit athlete, so I would think at your current speed you would be able to cover a bit more distance and do it in 45 mins. That would be a great time, you are doing so well
