Who would have thought that I (or any of us) would be able to run 25 minutes non stop! So excited about consolidating the end of week 6's runs with 3 x 25 minutes running this upcoming week! Well done everyone who has reached this far, we can do it!

Well done Abby- that's a real achievement! Basically, you can run now. It's only a few minutes more to the 30 minute mark- and you will get there
You're over the hard part now!
You have the ability to run for half an hour - it's just consolidation and very gradual increases from now on. You're a runner - the rest is really just ingraining the habit.
