3rd run of week 5 completed! Wow I can't believe that I ran for 20 minutes this morning, in spite of Barney the wind starting to make an appearance (not mine the weather). After 4 minutes of running, the headache started again and I thought I'd never get round. However I concentrated on my breathing and posture and the pain eased. I'm not sure why it's happening, but I'll keep an eye on it. I feel so thrilled to have finished week 5.

I used to get really bad headaches too, I think its because I dont tend to drink enough water generally so I am trying to increase my uptake and I did used to feel myself tensing up when I ran , so I try and relax my posture .
