I just read the posts about the 'Julie' tune from the podcasts (which is my current earworm!) and thought I would share my experience of another podcast tune which made me laugh whilst running along to it. I suddenly tuned in to the lyrics and thought 'how appropriate! - so wheezy, not SO WHEEZY now' as I was much less breathless than in the beginning and then laughed out loud as I realised that the lyrics were actually 'so easy, not SO EASY now'!! Oh come on, anyone could be that stupid!

Haha I did exactly the same thing with that song. It's on w6 isn't it? Funny the tricks our brains play.

I loved doing C25k, I spent a lot of time swearing and laughing at Laura, and Julie. You and Julie! Once Julie is in your head that's it, she'll never leave
Have fun!
