This morning was my third go at 25 mins. After feeling great and loving w6r2, I just couldn't do this... Felt tired, heavy legged and gremliny (is that a verb?).
But this morning I finally did it! Rearranged my route a bit, doubling back to avoid some of the up hills, as well as having my daughter run with me and seeing my crowd of squirrels - who I have missed in the last two runs... Made me bright eyed and bushy tailed... Even almost enjoyed the last 5 mins ;D
Feeling chuffed and relieved - thought I'd got as far as I could go!!

I've got one more week 7 run to do - they do feel long don't they? I, like you, have planned my slight inclines (can't call them hills) to work in my favour so I think today I'm going to change around and go up the incline! It sounds like you're getting more used to the distance and you were being held back by your mind more than your legs maybe? Hope you see plenty of squirrels if that keeps you going - only a couple of weeks to go! Good Luck
