Treadmill

First run after graduation and as I am away from home I used the hotel treadmill and I had an awful run. I don't think I like treadmills, much prefer the open air. Back home tonight so hoping Thursdays run will be better.

That's a shame but different people like different things, I suppose.

I don't mind either really. I had a bad break to my leg and ankle a few years ago and the treadmill is much kinder to me than the outdoors. And now the weather is colder my leg aches more and I'm more reluctant to go out.

Enjoy your Thursday run and I hope it makes up for the treadmill run.
