Just completed Week 6 Day 1 again. Took a break for 4 weeks as I got roped into doing a 100k over 3 days sponsored walk. Ended that with a shin splint, swollen feet and a massive blister on my right heel so had to rest up last week. So now it's back on the Cto5k program.
