...for a lovely post reminding me how gorgeous the landscape is at this time of year. Sunday afternoon on the sofa turned into an eight and a half mile trot through the hills, stopping for handfuls of blackberries out of the hedges and feeling incredibly blessed to be out under the sky. And I did 2 hours of bouldering yesterday with some climber friends, so feel as if someone's been over my triceps and lats with one of those meat tenderising hammer thingies. But I feel strong and alive in my skin - exercise is the best mood-boosting drug going :).
