A couple of shots from my HM on Sunday.
The one on the left, I think, is about 6K from home just as the route started to get really tough and the one on the right is about 400m from the finish.

Brilliant ! You look really comfortable there Mr D , good posture, and as cool as a cucumber !
Those hilly bits look a bit of a mare though , who put them there for Gods sake - Pah !
Definitely keep them for the mantelpiece . I would get them blown up and wallpaper my living room with them , but that's just me ha ha !
Well done and I hope your toe gets better soon xxx
I'm slighty worried that you want to wallpaper your living room with Mr D's image!!!!!! 😆😆😆
Yes I agree Noaky but I didn't like to say......
Oi ! I am still here y' know ha ha !
What I meant to say was if I had done the HM I would be so chuffed with myself that I would get my photos blown up and put on my living room walls . Not that theres nowt wrong in having Mr D wallpaper of course ! I could have matching accessories too , a Mr D lamp and candlelabras Tee hee ...
Sorry Mr D for hijacking your thread xxx
Hahahahaha a whole new line in c25k marketing - MrD-themed merchandise.
Both uphill I see!! Well done.
You don't look tired at all Dunder! In fact you look like a very cool dude there. "Just out for a little ramble on a nice Sunday morning". Great photos.
You look much more relaxed than me, i was all hunched over! Not pretty. You making look effortless
"HM In the bag"! Looking like a pro Dunder! Seriously, you do look very composed.
Great photos, very relaxed. Well done.
Looking good, D!
Composed is a good word. I'm taking heed from this that I need to concentrate on my posture. You must be pleased with this evidence of your good technique
Funny you should mention that Ruth.
When I first started running, I had some knee problems. The physio I visited identified the root cause of this to be me having shonky hips and me 'favouring' my right side. For a couple of months, I was running with kineso tape to correct this - and it worked. From my HM pics (not just these two) it appears that I might be, again, running in a slightly imbalanced way but as long as I don't have any injury issues, I will live with it.
Amazing that you can see that from the pics. I see that your right leg is forward in both of these pics. But maybe everyone favours a certain side, so maybe you're running healthily despite favouring your right leg. My run yesterday was focused on trying to find uphill slopes so I found myself running down steps part of the time too (parks with steps - who designs that ?!) I found it difficult to evenly run with left leg/right leg first on approaching each set of steps. But it didn't seem a problem...
Great photos, looks like your training has paid off well. Great stuff.
Brilliant photos Dunder - in the finishing one you don't look at all like someone who just run 21 k!!!
Looking really good Dunder - a cool relaxed runner who certainly doesn't look as though he's near the end of a HM! Well done
Look at the one on the right, both feet off the ground! Now that's running! Excellent, well done Mr D! One day, one day, I will have a photo like that!
Mx
Great photos Mr D, really really great. I agree with Pops, definitely need to go on the mantelpiece.
Fantastic Dunder that looks like a lovely scenic run but imagine quite tough too. Well done and fabulous time x
Good work Dunder. You look very calm and composed there!
Looking cool there, Dunder! Nice pics, thanks for sharing! 😊
Lovely action shots there dunder, looking very cool! 😆😊
