The main thing is you completed it. I don't quite get if your daughter did this with you, and now you two are looking for a next challenge, or whether getting her to try it is the next challenge you face? If it's the latter, I suppose the thing to do is just keep on running now, and let the benefits speak for themself? If she's contrary, she probably just won't do it, and that's the end. If she wants evidence that it's worth it? Well you can provide that, can't you? - Yourself.
