I should be week 8 this week but after a week away where I did run but it was hot, I seem to have lost my resolve. I have gone back to week 6 to help but I am not feeling it 😟. How can I get back on track?

hmmm seem those voices have been working away at you ... a week away shouldn't have affected your fitness or stamina ..

Look back to week 1 remember why you started and see how far you have come , use that to re focus and keep going ..

I wouldn't have gone back to week 6 , maybe redone 1 run of week 7 to see how it felt then moved on to week 8.

As laura says " You can do this " you know you can , take a deep breath and look to where you want to be in the future .. You really have done all the hard work :) don't let those voices get to you :) good luck keep at it

You have come soooo far and done soooo well. You know you can do week 6 so press on with it and you will soon be feeling it again I hope. I didn't think I would enjoy moving inside onto a treadmill, but its easier than outside and not boring at all.

Remember Laura says you are now officially a runner. good luck...
