Just done r1w4, w4 seems a bit of a step up and boy it felt like it BUT I did it
That last minute of five was hard going but I did it and went through it, well chuffed especially when I look back at week one and running for 1 minute was like a marathon and my lungs were trying to come out of my chest

Well done you, I did mine yesterday morning and boy was I cursing when Mr Smooth told me it was still a minute to go on the 5 minutes run. I don't think anyone ever forgets Run 1 Week 1 - at the moment I take exactly the same route, so I know if I'm getting stronger. Everything I read here says Week 4 is the sticky one, so if we do this one, then apparently the rest are a breeze...
Well done !! Those early weeks are damn hard. It's all still new to you, you have relatively little (but still a lot) progress to keep your confidence levels up and the increases are proportionatl y bigger.
You really HAVE come a on way from week one though and graduation is awaiting you
