I've only gone and done French hills and all . Feel fantastic so very pleased , not bad at 69 !!!

In dordoine , getting used to hills but find them very hard

I've done quite a lot of hill work this summer and find the undulating hills are far harder than a straight climb, is that the same for you?

Yes I'm on holiday in Antibes. Ran up the stations of the cross to the lighthouse yesterday. 13 K run around Capd'Antibes tomorrow morning . Gulp!
