Well I've done it - completed my last week 9 run today. Not quite 5.k yet (3.9 today) but running for 30 mins continuously and will now try and improve my pace and distance a bit. This forum has been a great support, not just the supportive comments but also hearing about everybody else's journey is inspirational (sorry - getting a bit emotional here 😂). Not only am I fitter but also a stone and a bit lighter and the doctor has taken me off the blood pressure pills. There can't be a better incentive to continue than that . Many thanks everyone and keep on running !!!

Graduation
Congratulations... very well deserved. Getting off medication always a result and a half too. And over a stone lighter? Wow... there’s a lot of victories right there. Great job.
Enjoy a celebratory evening.
Well done to you Bella, go to September's graduation site at top right of the C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have completed C25K with W9R3, you will then see the word Graduate on the right side of your name. Yesterday there was a post stating that running was better than taking tablets for medication.
Super duper, happy days. Win, win, win, weight meds and graduation. A day for the diary.
Yeayayayayay!!! Winning all around. Huge well done and congratulations to you!
After the party..this goes on... and the best bit, we are all right here with you!
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations and what fantastic news about your health as well. 🎓👏🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉
I’m about to go in to Week 9. Great that you have been able to come off the tablets. I’m not doing quite 5k distance, but I think jogging for 30mins continuously initially is more important. Keep going! 👍🏻
Well done, that’s fantastic. I have stopped taking my HRT now and feel so much better as well. It’s funny I looked in the mirror this morning and thought how well I look!! Going to do my first solo run this morning without Michael ! Need to see how far I get
Amazing!! Well done 👍🏻
