Got out before the rain came and got it done !!!
I'm loving this now and can't wait for my next run.
This is and will be part of my life now.
Four more runs left and then, fingers crossed, I shall graduate.
Have recommended one of my work colleagues to do this and he signed up on here last night.

Good for you for sharing the goodness. You'll find that Ed is already motivated by seeing how bright eyed and shiny coated you've become since you started this. Nearly at the first milepost, intrinsically motivated ... Looks like you're set there.

Managed my first run today !! Was great now made order on amazon of bits I need to aid my running......rest day tomorrow back out Friday
