Completed this run yesterday. Have to say I am finding these runs difficult. Don't get me wrong I'm finishing them and not stopping to walk but just not enjoying them. Which makes me a bit sad π as I've really enjoyed all the weeks up toll now!

I've just done w8 R2 this evening and it's suddenly got very tough for me too. My legs are like lead weights and by the end I can barely get my feet off the pavement! Week 7 was a breeze in comparison... But it's only 3 more minutes???!!
On the bright side we're still out there and graduation is in sight π
I found the 1st 2 runs in week 8 the hardest, I did 3 last night and it was a breeze!really weird as I'd had 4 days off and was feeling tired too.just keep going that's all u can do! Good luck π
If you think something's a chore it becomes a chore, remember and pat your selfs all on the back on how far you've came from week 1 .... And in only 4 runs you will be able to run for 30 minutes wow I think that's amazing .... And if you've got your aim set higher you can work towards a 10k after that or a half marathon next year ... I think we're all truely amazing .... I do miss the interval runs tends to give you a bit of stamina for the 3rd run out π
Hey Niknok, week 8 was my hardest too I'm repeating it as I now don;t feel ready for week 9 and it's not as though it's a race to get to the end of the program (pardon the pun) we're all doing brilliantly and we all have our own pace I guess, you will be a graduate soon fellow runner
Hi tiarlou well done keeping going our graduation is so close πI was going to start w9 today but have woke up full of cold and a terrible sore throat. So think I'm going to give it a miss today. Think I'll just do a good Walk then hopefully feel up to it tomorrow. We can do this π
I found W8R1 much harder than the week 7 runs too ! I did do my same route and having looked on here plan to change it next time as I think it was part of my problem, I knew from landmarks how long I had left ! The last 5 mins seemed to be tough almost like I was running uphill but I did manage an acceleration for the last minute hope run 2 is easier !
