Well after a week of no running due to a pulled calf muscle, finally went tonight. Did it even though the last 5 mins were sheer hell. But guess what music joined me for those last few minutes.....Keep on Running...well I couldn't stop then could I. Proud πππππ Bring on week 9 ππ

Congratulations on getting out and carrying on. Give yourself plenty of rest between runs and lost of warm up to help keep injuries at bay. You are so nearly there!

Well Done. The fact you found the last 5 minutes sheer hell but still did it shows you have the determination to complete it and once you've done it, you'll find it definitely gets easier and far more pleasureable!
