Weekly Update

Had a good week of running, Monday a straight forward 5k, Wednesday was a speed run and that felt a lot better after a few weeks off from that. Todays run was a on a totally different route. Since starting C25K I have run laps of the park that is on my doorstep. Today I decided to go for a different route as now I am feeling much more confident as a runner. Next week hopefully will include a slightly longer run as I now need to improve my times. Thanks for reading!

ive started to venture outside the park a little now, i have been lost before though and had to get a lift home from a morrisons car park id miraculously passed earlier and got directions back to lol

i am definitely staying close to places i know!
