So despite my best efforts I succumbed to the nasty cough/cold thing last week but picked myself up and got back on the horse this week. Two runs done of week 2 and I'm feeling good. Brisk walks on my rest days to fulfil by desire to ensure my Fitbit congratulates me on a daily basis. Its all getting a bit addictive.....!!!
