Well done! You've come a long way already and can rightly be proud of your achievement. It's not stupid to cry either - sometimes we're just so happy that feelings overwhelm us. So keep going and keep enjoying the achievements!

Hi lotty, I did the very same run today too! I was amazed I ran non stop for 8 minutes it's great isn't it? When I think back how hard week 1 was and now we have got to this. I am going to have two rest days before I attempt w5r3. It seems like a huge jump running for 20 minutesand I feel a bit nervous about it.Good luck, let us know how you got on😊

It was brilliant running for that long never thought I could do it. I'm doing the same as well my next run will be on Sat - let me know how you get on. Enjoy your rest days.

It's brilliant and you can be so proud of yourself! Crying is fine - shows just what you've achieved :o))

After you have completed C25k -- the time will come --- when you WILL catch yourself just casually saying (after somebody has asked you what run you are doing today) -- OH! I AM ONLY GOING OUT FOR A SHORT 10k TODAY -- or something along those lines !! :)

This was lovely to read - you should be really proud! I've welled up over this running stuff too! Good luck with Run 3 - go slow and you can do it! X

I'm stuck on w5r1. I've done it twice but not well so just keep repeating it, I think I'm scared of r2!! Well done πŸ™Œ

I was scared of R2 as well, but I thought I can do this and I did last night, I am nervous of R3 but you know what if I have to slow down a bit that will be fine, the main thing is to give it a go.
